If you wish to exchange your order, please return the item for a refund, and place an order yourself via ParcelGenie for the alternate item. We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 14 days. Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your name, the item and date of purchase, and stating that the items are unwanted, and you require a refund.

Please enclose a note quoting your name, the date of order and specifying whether you require the correct item to be sent out, or a refund. Any postage costs can be refunded via the payment method used in the original transaction. Be sure to detail these costs in your note. All goods that are returned to ParcelGenie are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
If the damage is limited, please email Customer Services at customer.services@parcelgenie.com with details of the damage. If the damage affects the product itself or any non-standard packaging, please follow the instructions for faulty items.
